Our approach begins with clarifying the desired change outcome; we then assess the actual current mindset; this is then followed by building the ideal mindset to reach and remain in a sustainable manner, the new reality; finally, we support the design of the path from the old reality to new reality.

Note: in a coaching process Stage 3 doesn´t exist and Stage 5 is focused on the coachee
