Dynargie Portugal at Porto RH Meeting
Dynargie Portugal has participated for the first time at Porto RH Meeting on November, 23 and 24, one of the most relevant events in the area, bringing two approaches: - Mindset: the importance of mindset mapping to implement change in a sustainable way - Millennials: the challenge of managing and being managed.
In this event we also took part in one of the conference panels along with one of our clients, by sharing the learnings of Developing an Academy: how to transform WHAT (skills) in HOW (tools).
The attendance rate was very high and we believe that this type of initiatives contributes significantly to build our brand worldwide through a local strategy.
