Improve Revenue Directly from the Front Desk by establishing the appropriate selling style
The program is focused on day-to-day practice including the practice of specific selling situations. The aim is to avoid both excessive and insufficient offering of
additional services.
The program usually contains two half-day training modules with a 3-4 week interval. In the meantime, the participants apply knowledge learned in the first module in practice. Their
