Mood Explosion is a web based simulator where you will have the opportunity to apply the leadership tools you have learned, test their impact on different indicators and adjust your approach according to each team member profile.

What is the Mood Explosion Company?
Mood Explosion is an event organising company of the Mood Group. The nature of your activity often tests how well you perform under pressure, as well as your ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
Contact with the outside is essential; therefore Internet access, e-mail, mobile, on-line purchases... are some of the tools at your disposal.
Management at Mood Explosion will be alert to your performance by giving you some situations to validate and by monitoring your performance reports.

What challenge will you face?
You were hired for a 3-month trial as Executive Director and will lead a 7-person team. Your decisions will be evaluated through 3 indicators, which are critical to Management:
You will be able to experience, in a secure environment and with realistic results, the consequences of your activity in the new role.
You will need to make decisions in reactive situations (in which your team takes the initiative to raise the issue) and proactive ones (in which the initiative comes from you).

Impact of the workshop
You’ll be able to experiment and draw conclusions on your performance and on best practices of team management.
In all situations, you’ll be able to “stop” and “think”, and study the impact on the different indicators. Each team will have a Learning Journal to promote conscious decisions and intentional action plans.
You have ‘3 months’ to put your leadership and team management skills to the test – at the end of each month you’ll receive a detailed report on your performance. You can’t change past decisions, but you can learn and do things differently in the future.
This workshop permits:
Two versions: half day or 1 day workshop. Up to 12 participants (3 per subgroup; 1 computer per subgroup)
